Children's Place Completes Disney Deal
The Children's Place Retail Stores Inc. on Tuesday said it had completed its acquisition of the Disney Store's North American retail chain of 313 stores.The Children's Place intends to operate the Disney stores as a wholly owned subsidiary and has committed to invest up to $100 million to remodel and operate the money-losing chain.
