Michael Eisner, chief executive of Disney, is not a popular man with his shareholders because both the earnings for the company and the price of its underlying stock have remained troubled for the past several years. The price of the stock shouldn't be the big concern, however; the major issue is the dividend, a paltry $0.21 per share that hasn't seen a raise for a long time.
