Roy Disney Presses for Eisner Ouster
Roy E. Disney on Friday pressed his campaign to force Eisner's ouster and other management changes. "Michael Eisner is behaving like a Third World dictator of a once-great country ... and his Cabinet sits mute for fear of beheading," Disney said in a speech to a gathering of pension fund officials and other large investors.
